Administration Assistant

Qube Forestry - Bluewood Industries are looking for an Administration Assistant, 3 days per week. The Administration Assistant is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of the Qube Forestry administration office, including:
Providing administrative support to the management team Office records management Administrative tasks and duties Daily load delivery reconciliation Ability to provide back up to the Accounts administrator after training To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills preferred Email management, Data Entry and working across spreadsheets skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritise projects Proven ability to pick up internal systems quickly Flexible approach with strong business acumen Drivers Licence Will need to undertake Drug & Alcohol Screening and a Pre Employment Medical.
