Administration Assistant

Creations Homes is a family-run building and construction business located in Albany, WA. We are looking to employ a permanent part-time administration assistant. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual who works well in a team environment. Experience in the building/construction industry is preferred but not essential – on-the-job training will be provided. This position is for 55 - 60 hours a fortnight and offers flexible working hours – does not include any weekends or public holidays.Responsibilities:Responding to emails & phone calls.Job administration from setup through to invoicing.Managing/ordering office supplies.Assisting with a variety of administration duties.Working alongside and assisting when needed our project managers, estimator, insurance manager, and accounts manager.Required Skills:Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently.Ability to learn our systems and client portals.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using MYOB preferred but not essential.
