Representing the largest Australian-owned certification body, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless scheduling of audits.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling audits, ensuring all timelines are met.
You'll communicate directly with clients and auditors, sending confirmation emails and proactively following up as needed to maintain seamless coordination.
Calendar management and coordination will be key aspects of your daily tasks, along with maintaining accurate records in internal software systems.
Additionally, you will handle phone and email enquiries professionally and ensure all logistical needs, including travel arrangements, are carefully planned and executed.
About you: Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to think fast on your feet, with a knack for problem solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and peers.
You will bring strong customer service skills with a background in either retail, hospitality or corporate.
