We are currently looking at expanding our team and are looking for a Administration Assistant to join us.
About the Role Reporting to the manager, you will complete general administration duties which include but not limited to: answering incoming calls, Microsoft outlook, communicating effectively with clients, document control and filing. You will be supporting the service delivery team to effectively maintain well-balanced and accurate staff rosters, considering delivery needs for clients, staff availability and requests. You will also communicate rosters and roster changes to relevant staff and management, administer advised workforce planning requirements and coordinate rosters within set budgetary requirements. This role is fulltime Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm and located in our office in Salisbury.
This position is suitable to someone who is passionate, keen to take on responsibility and has the initiative to complete their duties to the high-level of standard that we strive for.
What do we need from you? Administration experience is a mustExperience working with SCHADS (Social, Community, Homecare and Disability Services) award and rostering would be an advantage.Police Check required.NDIS Worker Screening Check required if successful.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Able to prioritise and handle competing tasks.Strong time management with the ability to take initiative to solve an issue.Values teamwork and tackles change with a positive outlook.Competent using MS Microsoft Suite - prior exposure to online rostering systems a bonusThe below experience would be highly desired but not a requirement: Plan, forecast and manage workforce planning requirements: this will include roster changes, leave and absence planning .Rostering, coordination, and calendar management experienceThe ability to work through and navigate complex challenges.Experience in working with rostering platforms What can we offer you?
