About the Role: We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support the ProAct Assessor with a variety of administrative tasks.
This role requires no formal qualifications but is perfect for someone who is organised, has attention to detail, and is looking to gain experience in a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the ProAct Assessor with equipment assessments, including logging serial numbers and recording the condition of items like beds and mattresses.
Perform data entry and ensure accurate documentation of inspections and test results.
Schedule and coordinate inspection appointments with clients and internal teams.
Prepare and organise necessary paperwork for each assessment, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.
Communicate with internal staff and external clients to gather relevant information and provide updates on the progress of assessments.
Maintain and update records in internal databases, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible.
Support with general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries.
Assist in maintaining quality and safety compliance by ensuring all documents adhere to QA and WH&S standards.
What You'll Need: A clear Drug & Alcohol Screening.
