Our client is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team in an excellent City Fringe location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Service teams with their administrative duties, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. What you'll do: In this role you will be responsible for gathering and preparing client visit information and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and professionally completed will be a key part of your role.
Gather and prepare client visit information as directed by Service Executives Conduct correspondence with clients or insurers to collect key documentation. Prepare documentation and underwriter renewal submissions. Provide back up support to the Adelaide Support Team as required. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner. Always act in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external clients and stakeholders. Participate in and contribute to quality improvement programs and other organisational activities to meet service accreditation standards. What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Administrative Assistant position brings previous customer service experience within an office or similar environment. You will demonstrate diligence, quality focus, and strong work ethic. Your trustworthiness and ability to keep sensitive information confidential will be highly valued in this role.
Previous customer service experience in an office or similar environment is desirable. Demonstrate a high level of time management skills. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication. Demonstrate a proficient ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to establish rapport, anticipate and respond to stakeholders needs. High level diligence and quality focused.
