The successful applicant will work alongside Josh Sherwood and his team:
Diary managementThe coordination and organisation of appointmentsAssisting with auction management/ processClient care Database entry and managementCompliance Ensuring all documentation is drafted for listing appointments and auction processDrafting contract of sale and form 6's and sending for electronic signingAssisting with management of the open home process e.g. having open home packs readily available, booking the open homes and coordinating timesAttending sales meetings and training and assist with the setupAssisting Josh where requiredSkills and Experience:
Previous experience in Real Estate Sales and or Administration will be highly regardedWell-organised, attention to detail is a must with the ability to multi-taskGreat follow-up and forward thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work proactively and independentlyHighly adaptable, resilient and full of initiative and ideasPrevious knowledge on sale contracts and form 6'sA current driver's license and own car is essentialYou must hold a certificate of registration (Queensland Real Estate Sales Person Registration)Live locallyBe career orientedAble to use software systems such as realworks and docusignThe Perks:
