We are currently seeking a confident and motivated Client Services Officer to join our close-knit team. 
Job Overview As a Client Services Officer at Investlink Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with the advisers, paraplanner and clients to ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate service regarding their investments, financial plans, and other financial matters. You will also assist in the development and implementation of client advice documents and be responsible for the diligent maintenance of client data. 
Primary responsibilities include:
Act as the primary contact for clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial advice documents and other related client reports and paperwork.Process all client transactions and ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete. This includes transactions in direct equities, managed funds, term deposits and establishing new accounts/policies on a variety of different platforms.Work closely with clients, platforms, business development managers, fund managers and insurers in completing all administrative tasks.Maintain accurate client data and records in Xplan (our CRM system) as well as our internal database.Provide administrative support to the entire team as needed.Diligently manage your personal ongoing to-do list. A successful candidate will require:
A completed (or in the process of completing) qualification in finance or a related field or a background in adminstration.A minimum 1-2 year experience in the finance industry, preferably in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and via email.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Attention to detail.Confidence working with numbers and completing simple numerical problems. Able to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to learning and ongoing professional development.Willingness to work at Parramatta and Norwest.What we offer:
