Administration Assistant-Family AccountsPermanent / Full TimeApplications Close: Tuesday, 5 November, 2024The RoleFull Time, Ongoing positionClosing Date: 5 November 2024MLC is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Family Accounts department, reporting to the Manager of Family Accounts. This full-time position will assist with student records administration, debtor management, and database maintenance. You will be a key point of contact for families regarding accounts and work collaboratively across various departments within the College.Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:Process daily receipting for the College, including Bpay, Direct Debits, and credit card transactions.Provide exceptional customer service to families regarding fees, concessions, payment plans, and government assistance.Assist with the billing process, including issuing statements and managing reminders.Support debt recovery efforts by liaising with families, following up on outstanding accounts, and preparing debtor reports.Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and family records in the College database, resolving issues with undeliverable emails, and managing changes through the parent portal.Work with other departments to resolve queries related to family accounts and student records.Assist with filing, archiving, and various administrative tasks as required.The SchoolMLC is a leading independent girls' day and boarding school located in the inner east of Melbourne.
