We currently have an opportunity available for a switched-on individual to join our team as Administration Assistant - Facilities.
The Role - A Day in the Life of an Administration Assistant - Facilities:
As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional support for the Facilities Department.
This includes organising workflow, maintaining work schedules and ensuring all administrative requirements are met in a proficient and accurate manner.
You will be providing high level customer service for all property related enquiries, liaising with trades people, landlords and managers at ETC.
This role processes invoices and orders facilities, WHS and ancillary items.
This role will also include assistance to the Facilities-Fleet Officer with all duties associated with ETC's fleet of vehicles.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Provision of day-to-day administrative support for the Facilities DepartmentHigh level customer service response for all property related enquiriesService Desk/Facilities Management operation including organising workflow for work requests and management and review of supporting documentationAssistance with the company's fleet, including registrations, insurances, paying tolls and any other reasonable associated tasks
Criteria for Success
At least 1 years' experience in an administration support roleAbility to communicate with all stakeholders in a pleasant and balanced mannerAbility to prioritise competing demands to ensure deadlines are met within required timeframesA recent, clear National Police CheckA current Working With Children Check
