$63600 including super We have a fantastic opportunity available where you can gain experience within a busy office environment to develop your admin career! 

This is perfect if you have proven customer service experience (can be retail/hospitality or similar background) or basic administration/coordination experience where you have the transferable skills but just need to be given the opportunity to prove yourself.

All you need is the right attitude, outstanding customer service and communication skills plus the ability to pick up internal computer systems as you will be using multiple computer systems/portals where you will be trained on the job.  Ideally you will have some form of administration experience to assist you within this role.
  
This role is available to start immediately so perfect if you are seeking full-time hours.  This role is part of the after hours team so 4pm - 11pm Monday to Friday where you will do a day shift once a month on a Saturday.  
 

Duties include but are not limited to: Take detailed information whilst speaking to customers and enter this information into database or various portals Coordinate and schedule trades for emergency works liaising with both the trades and the customer  Must be computer literate and able to pick up systems Document preparation (use of templates) Basic email correspondence Liaise with various internal and external contacts Ad hoc administrative tasks The ideal candidate will have solid customer service or admin experience in a fast paced and busy environment and have the following attributes: You have energy, drive and are love to help customers! Proven solid experience in Customer Service or admin requiring excellent organisational and time management skills We highly encourage candidates with a strong hospitality, retail or similar background wanting to take the leap into an office! Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone or via email 40wpm typing and intermediate skills in MSOffice plus use of databases - must be IT savvy/able to pick up internal systems Perfect if you are looking outside of the standard 9-5 day with hours from 4pm - 11pm Monday to Friday.
