Northern Health are seekng applications from motivated and suitably experienced Administration Assistants to join the Electronic Medical Records team within the Digital Health Division.
About Northern Health:Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our five main campuses:Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital.
In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.
About the Role:The Electronic Medical Record Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director Electronic Medical Record and the EMR Management team as required.
The role comprises duties such as scheduling of meetings, diary management, minute taking, proof reading and formatting and general administration as required to support the EMR team.
The successful applicant will have significant experience working in a fast-paced environment and be adept at problem solving.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
RosterOn experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
The position is a permanent part time position at 0.6 EFT working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
To be successful in this role you will have:Degree in a relevant field with significant experience / or equivalent combination of relevant experience supporting and working closely with senior management.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with database programs.3-4 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within the public health or community health sector.Excellent interpersonal communications skills with the confidence to build relationships and effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.Strong written and oral communication skills as demonstrated through the delivery of a diverse array of business documents.Proven administration and organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritise and schedule work to meet deadlines in a busy environment.High level of attention to detail; excellent professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.Excellent minute taking and meeting secretarial experience.
