The Company:

Our client is a privately owned organisation with a National reach and a large property portfolio. They have a team of about 10 and an immediate requirement for an Administration Assistant/ EA to join their fast-paced team as they continue to grow and expand.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases Support leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution. Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team. Create and maintain monthly property reports. Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details. Collaborate with finance on various landlord payments. Input new leasing information into the database Assist with expense reconciliations for the team. Support the store design and delivery team with Capex reporting. Ideal Skills/Experience:
Similar experience in an administration/ property related role Exceptional administration &organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work, ensuring deadlines are met Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external stakeholders Working knowledge of Microsoft office, powerpoint & excel Motivated work ethic The Benefits:
