About the Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our BAT Trims Team in an administrative assistant capacity. This role will also include receptionist and customer service duties. No experience required, however is advantageous. This role would be best suited to an individual who is looking for an opportunity increase their professional experience within a similar field, who demonstrates a willingness to learn and develop new skills whilst working within a multi-level company. We are a high-growth company who require support in responding to our ever-increasing customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, in conjunction with other ad-hoc administrative duties.The successful candidate will have a comprehensive hand over period and one-on-one training with our Victorian Internal Sales/Customer Service Team. Onsite parking available, and public transport located close by. The successful applicant will be responsible but not limited to the following tasks: General administration support.Responding to inbound and outbound calls.First Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and packages.Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner.Answering customer enquiries with accurate and up to date information.Assisting customer service and accounts payable / receivable administrative duties.Processing of basic account invoices.Ordering and maintaining stationery stock, both locally and interstate. Key personal skills to excel in the role: Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a professional team.Professional presentation and positive attitude.Proficient numeracy and literacy skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work produced. Experience and Attributes: Beginner/Intermediate Microsoft Office and computing skills.Customer service and/or administrative experience desired but not essential. Proactive, motivated, and a willingness to learn.Great phone etiquette.Excellent organizational skills.Knowledge in OH & S principles and/or accounts payable/receivable will be considered advantageous.
