With opportunities for career development, you will have a direct impact on the department's success while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesEnsuring timely and accurate processing of all correspondence and requests.Ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date with the latest contract statuses.Manage the tracking of transfers from solicitors for holding, build, and land deposits.Updating extension requests and approvals in the system to maintain an up-to-date property pipeline.Organise and save internal property-related documents, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and properly filed.Ad hoc administrative assistance as needed to support the seamless operation of the contracts process.QualificationsCertificate or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (desirable but not mandatory).Proven administrative experience, preferably within property contracts or a similar sector.Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option.
