In this rewarding full-time or Part-time opportunity you will join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Administration Assistant in our Consulting Suites East Melbourne

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited: 
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellationsGreet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous mannerMaintain health records and ensure accurate documentation of patient informationAssist with medical billing and insurance claims processingCoordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and ensure optimal patient satisfactionPerform general office duties, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying ect. as needed WHY WORK FOR SVPHM:
