In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as an Administration Assistant in our Consulting Suite department at our new Werribee campus.
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our consulting suites team on a casual basis. In this rewarding role, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, supporting doctors during their sessions and ensuring a smooth experience for patients.

As an outstanding Administration Assistant in our Consulting Suite, your responsibilities will include handling a variety of administrative tasks, assisting patients with inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our medical professionals.
Your skills will include:
Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members.Ability to provide clinical practice and care consistent with the mission and philosophy of the facility.Ability to plan and coordinate patient/resident/client care effectively, maintain patient/resident/client advocacy and utilise patient/resident/client management systems.Have a working knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products.REQUIREMENTS:
Criminal record and/or child protection checks will be conducted and will form part of the selection criteria for this role.
SVPHM has a duty of care under work health and safety legislation to eliminate and/or control the risk of transmission of vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) in healthcare settings. You are therefore required to comply with the SVHA Staff Health Screening Immunisation Policy, which, depending on the role you perform in the organisation will require you to undergo mandatory immunisations/vaccinations (including flu vaccinations).
