About you:
You are a strong fit with our values of relationships first, to be transparent, be impactful, and strive for excellenceYou will not hesitate to pick up the phone to assist our nurses with any queries on paperwork requirementsYou will revel in being the subject matter expert for both internal staff and your nursesIn managing your portfolio of nurses, you will need to work closely with your nurses to maintain their files and ensure nurses are contract ready with differing and changing facility requirementsYou will be happy to pivot many times a day as competing priorities and quick turnaround deadlines ariseYou enjoy having autonomy in your role while keeping yourself motivated through repetitive tasksYou appreciate the importance of teamwork and collaboration to work towards the best result for our nurses and facilitiesWhat we offer:
