Your role at St John of God Murdoch At St John of God Murdoch, we have 16 main operating theatres, angio suite, endoscopy unit and Surgicentre.
You will provide high quality secretarial and administrative service as part of the Perioperative Services Support team.
The Position Organise and prioritise clerical work-flow of the department, reviewing departmental processes as required.
Complete and collate payroll productivity figures and statistical reports for authorising by Manager.
Provide accurate, well presented word processing/spreadsheet material.
Produce and distribute reports as necessary.
Initiate and draft correspondence as required.
Collate leave documentation liaising with Manager and Payroll.
Act as minute taker for Operating Suite Management Committee as required.
Prepare Agendas, records, produce and distribute minutes.
Book venues and arrange visual aids and refreshments if/as required.
Maintain a well organised filing and information system, ensuring document security.
Applications will be considered over the next six months for administration positions as they become available across various wards.
Positions may include fixed term, casual and permanent opportunities.
You will hold demonstrated administration and secretarial experience, including audio typing and you will have sound working knowledge of a range of software applications.
In addition, you will possess good interpersonal and written communication skills.
To succeed you will be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise.
You will have the ability to work autonomously with excellent organisational and planning skills.
