Our building protection products and services include waterproofing systems, epoxy flooring and pest control.About the RoleWe are currently seeking an Administration Assistant/Receptionist for immediate start, to join our small, friendly & supportive team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesProcessing over the counter salesWorking directly with Administration Coordinator and the Director on a variety of different administrative tasks including purchasingData entry, filing and document management Coordination of freight, couriers and vehicle maintenanceMaintaining a tidy and organised reception and office areaOffice supply management; workwear, stationery and kitchen suppliesGeneral office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsExperience and Skills requiredPrevious experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience in Xero is advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skills Reliability and strong work ethicAbility to multi-task and have attention to detailA professional appearance and demeanourA high level of organisational and time management skillsAbility to learn quickly and take initiativeCurrent and valid QLD Drivers LicenseFull Time Permanent – with an immediate start Opportunity to learn and grow within the companyFree on-site carparking Uniforms provided This position is for an immediate start. The hours required are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Remuneration is commensurate with skills and experience.
