Seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and friendly Administration Assistant to join our growing team on a fulltime basis!
About us Russell Air is a proudly owned and operated local family company. We specialise in the design, supply, repair, service and installation of domestic and commercial air conditioning systems throughout the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast regions. We pride ourselves on our quality workmanship, friendly and professional customer service, expert design knowledge and the development of strong and trusted long-term relationships with our clients and customers.
About the role This is an exciting time for the company due to our growing customer base. We are seeking a motivated individual whom is looking for an opportunity to make an impact and manage the front of house administration duties and to make the role your own.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a mature and positive attitude who is able to work well as part of a team. Ideally you will have experience within the Air Conditioning and Electrical industry.
We offer a monthly massage, sauna or float at your local City Cave and quarterly team building and functions. 
Qualities An excellent telephone mannerA friendly and welcoming personalityAbility to work well under pressureAttention to detailStrong work ethic, respectful attitude towards othersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a team environmentA positive and flexible attitude with the ability to prioritise and manage own timeSkills and Experience Experience using SimPRO job management systemAdministration experience in the Air Conditioning or Electrical industryCoordinating and scheduling jobs and liaising with team membersIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office SkillsAccomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely mannerAbout the role Fulltime position Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Be the main point of contact for all customer enquiriesSchedule and implement all jobs with customersEffectively communicate to the team and customersRespond to all enquiries in a timely mannerTraining will be provided where required
