Administration Assistant (Accounts Payable)Belong at Home (CHC) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and solutions-focused person to join our team as a part time (Monday to Friday) Administration Assistant (Accounts Payable).Belong at Home is a highly respected not-for-profit local organisation, providing a range of services to older people and their carers throughout the South West of WA, with offices in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie, Donnybrook and Bridgetown. This role is based at our Corporate office in the Bunbury CBD.About YouYou must have strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy, multi-functioning professional team.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of data integrity of information & privacyExperience processing invoices and collaborating with various departmentsDemonstrated experience using technology with strong computer skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in the aged care or community sector would be beneficial but is not a prerequisiteRepresent Belong at Home positively and professionally at all times;Your Skills & ExperienceExperience in accounts payable is essentialProficiency in using internal client management software and Microsoft Office Suite programsProven administration experience and data entry backgroundUnderstanding of issues relating to seniorsExceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA valid police clearance, flu vaccination and driver's licence are essential.Applications should be submitted as a current resume/CV and cover letter summarising your skills and experience.
