ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/ ACCOUNTS CLERKEmploying over 100 staff, Davison Motors and Mildura Motor Holdings are a privately owned company operating two dealerships located in Mildura, servicing Sunraysia and surrounds.Mildura Motor Holdings are seeking to employ an Administration Assistant / Accounts Clerk.This is an opportunity to establish a career in administration and accounts with a company that offers real potential for growth and diversity in your career.This position would be suited to a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for accuracy and efficiency in managing accounts and administrative tasks.With strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, you will be proactive in supporting the smooth operation of the dealership's financial and administrative processes while contributing to overall department success.Our ideal candidate will possess the following:Previous experience in administration and accounting (preferably in the automotive or dealership industry).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in accounting software (experience with dealership software would be advantageous).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.High level of organization and time management skills.You will be responsible for (but not limited to):Credit Card ReconciliationAccounts Payable: Processing invoices and managing weekly payment runs.Accounts Receivable: Raising invoices and following up on outstanding accounts.Processing Receipts: Handling electronic payments, cash, and cheque receipts.Deal Reconciliation: Verifying transactions related to vehicle sales and services.Account Reconciliation: Performing mid-month and end-of-month reconciliations for multiple accounts.Daily Banking and Mail Runs: Ensuring timely deposits and managing outgoing/incoming mail.Client Communication: Answering client calls/emails and assisting with inquiries.General Administration & Clerical Duties: Filing, maintaining records, and supporting various office functions.Assisting Finance and Sales Departments: Providing administrative support across departments as required.Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.We are offering:A modern dealership equipped with the latest technology.Excellent Staff Recognition Program.A group that continues to grow and expand in the Automotive industry.A supportive team environment with ongoing guidance and feedback to ensure you succeed.If you have a passion for the Automotive Industry and this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!Davison Motors and Mildura Motor Holdings are equal opportunity employers.
