We are currently expanding our Administration team located at our Derrimut based depot to support our recent growth!
Collins Adelaide is a family owned and operated family business with origins dating back to 1965. Our ongoing tradition of exceptional customer service is supported by our long-term customers, great employees and our best in class facilities designed to provide the best care for the products we transport.
If you have an eye for detail, experience in data entry, a sense of humor and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, then this is the role for you!
Whilst your previous transport administration experience would be highly regarded (however not essential), ensuring you can demonstrate the following is critical:
• Well organised and flexible in your thinking
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Experienced with high volume data entry
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work as part of a small team
Working as part of a key group of team members, your responsibilities include:
• Creating and processing of manifests
• Processing of consignment notes
• Assisting with Customer account reconciliations
