If you are a graduate accountant or work with H and R Block during the tax season and want something more permanent, this is the right job for you.
Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients to gather information and address their needs. Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanour. Assist clients with any taxation-related questions. Manage the business email inboxes and attend to all client requests. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our team to optimize their workflow. Perform various administrative tasks to keep our office running efficiently. Assist with the lodgement of tax returns and collection of payments. Provide entry-level accounting support, including data entry and basic tax preparation. About You: Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Office administration experience is preferred. Understanding of the Australian tax system and tax preparation. Future Opportunities: This position has the ability to move into an associate accountant role, helping small business owners with their accounting and tax needs.
