Based in our office in Coorparoo, you will provide administration support to our core business units, including coordinate and schedule services, book permits, prepare timesheets, employee onboarding, report writing, keeping office clean and tidy etc.
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience in Administration and support rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTime management, prioritisation and completion of tasks according to importance and urgencySystems Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM (simPRO) and other administrative skills; Ability to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks and to see jobs through to completionAttention to timeliness, quality and detailCollaborative, solutions-based approachMotivated self-starterLoyal with commitment to their role/positionExcellent organization skills with proven track recordIdeal hours for this role are 7am to 12noon Monday to Friday. These hours may be subject to further negotiation and may change depending on circumstances.
