About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual with a good understanding of machinery and equipment to join our friendly team. If you are passionate about industrial equipment and enjoy helping customers, this role is perfect for you. Tasks Include:

Running our store and showing our machinery and equipment to customers Helping customers and answering their questions about our products Keeping the store well-stocked and making sure our equipment is displayed nicely Answering phone calls and scheduling machine repairs, understanding the machinery details Calling customers about their equipment repairs and maintenance Helping the workshop with paperwork or specific product details needed Sending out bills and managing the email inbox Replying to customer questions with helpful advice and handling warranties
