The Opportunity SOS Labour Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our growing Labour Hire business in Melbourne. Permanent position, after a 3-month casual probation period. Monday – Friday, 38-hour week with potential for overtime You will be responsible for: Supporting the recruitment onboarding process for new starters from start to finish. Booking medicals, police clearances, inductions, and other training requirements through online portals Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and open positions.Monitor the Administration inbox. Other general data entry & administrative duties.Provide administration support to various departments when required.Manage office reception including answering incoming calls.Co-ordinate onboarding requirements for employees.To be considered for this role; you will need to demonstrate: Confident and professional phone mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment.Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as willing to learn any in-house systems and work with them as required.Experience in the recruitment industry, with admin background, preferably in an engineering or contracting, mining environment is highly desirable.Strong initiative and ability to work effectively both independently and within team environment
