You will be responsible for maintaining safe and compliant facilities, managing records and documents, and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.An Overview of the role:Maintain accurate records through our client records management systemCoordinate the annual destruction process of physical recordsManage safe custody operations in accordance with company policyDevelop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersDeliver records management procedural training and induction sessionsProvide advisory support on records management activities and proceduresAssist with general administrative tasks such as stationary stocking, mail procedures, and invoicingSupport workstation moves and office relocationsMaintain safe and compliant workplacesIdentify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standardsConduct regular floor walks and address repairs and maintenance requestsUndertake manual handling activities as requiredProvide backup assistance to the Workplace CoordinatorSounds like you?
This is what we are looking for:Previous experience in administration is essential; document/records management is advantageousPassionate about customer service, building relationships, and creating efficienciesEager to contribute and be part of a high performing team (mediocrity is not acceptable!
