Alongside the wines, the estate offers an exquisite culinary journey, crafting an authentic and memorable Tasmanian food and wine experience.Job DescriptionExclusively you, come as you areSupport our winery operations with administration and QSE coordinationBased onsite at Josef Chromy WineryAs the Administration & QSE Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Winery and Viticulture teams.This position supports compliance activities across winery and viticulture operations; working with Subject Matter Experts across the Safety, Quality, Sustainability, Food Safety, Sourcing and People teams to ensure compliance with legislation and system requirements.Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:Work closely with the Vineyard Managers, Winemakers, and Support Teams with a focus on Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Sustainability.Coordinate and maintain relevant compliance systems across the Winemaking and Viticulture functions.Ensure record-keeping systems are documented to track quality, productivity, financial, safety and environmental performance.Proficient in audit processes and preparation, assisting sites during compliance audits.Champion the broader EDG Ethical Sourcing Framework and provide growers and Pinnacle viticulture sites with assistance to ensure the program is a success (Fair farms).Ensure alignment with the Endeavour Sustainability Strategy goals and commitments, especially those with regards to 'Planet'.Apply the principles of long-term sustainability in all activities and seek to reduce, reuse and recycle resources in line with company policy.Assist the grower and company vineyards with Sustainable Winegrowing Australia (SWA) and Fair Farms certification as required.Support & maintain Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental values and systems to embed quality safety, and sustainability into the culture and ways of working.Maintain adherence to all site-required compliance programs and systems.Monitor WHS performance, providing for accurate reporting, recording and review of incidents (including near misses).QualificationsNow let's talk about you:5 years of work experience in a relevant field or industry.Exceptional administration skills.Previous experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in record-keeping and documentation.Be able to multitask and manage multiple priorities within desired timeframes.The benefits are good too!An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels (pubs & accommodation), BWS, Dan Murphy's and other Endeavour Group brands.As a valued member of the team, your health and wellbeing is our top priority.
