Cathedral Catholic Primary School, BathurstPermanent, Full Time PositionCommencing 14th October 2024From $37.94 per hour (based on skills and experience) About the RoleAs the Administration and Publicity Officer you will be pivotal in shaping the first impressions of our school. Serving as the initial point of contact for students, parents and visitors, you will manage a variety of enquiries and will have the opportunity to build strong relationships and create a positive experience for our school community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Welcome, Support and Communication: Act as the primary contact for students, parents, and visitors, addressing enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.Enrolment Management: Analyse enrolment data, identify new opportunities, and manage enquiries. Schedule enrolment meetings, school tours and support the conversion of enquiries into enrolments.Student Services: Oversee and manage all aspects of student records, attendance and excursion logistics.First Aid & Sick Bay: Administer first aid and medications to students, supervise the sick bay and manage all related documentation, including maintaining the accident/incident register.Publicity: Oversee and enhance parent engagement through the school's social media platforms, creating and curating content to foster community and engagement.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, current students, and the wider community to promote the school's values and mission.About You (Selection Criteria)We are looking for someone who is able to address the following selection criteria:
