Reporting to the Glencore Coal Assets Australia (GCAA) Director, Environment & Community and the Land and Property Manager, this is your opportunity to be part of a team focused on managing our environmental obligations and residential properties across NSW and Queensland.Key Responsibilities: Provide administration assistance to the GCAA Environment and Community Team.
Assist with travel bookings and arrange meetings.
Support accounting tasks, document formatting, and publishing.
Act as the document controller for the GCAA Environment and Community Team.
Establish systems for publishing internal and external documents.
Oversee the implementation of a structured system for managing residential tenancy agreements.
Work proactively with the Property Management Agent and project teams.
Support various business units to fulfill their obligations.

Qualifications: Competent user of Microsoft Office software.
Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and develop effective communications with key personnel and stakeholders.
