Administration and Operations CoordinatorFull-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: The ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies (ACT BSSS) is a statutory authority responsible for the certification of Senior Secondary School studies in government and non-government schools in the Australian Capital Territory.
The successful applicant will be motivated and dynamic, seeking to join the Office of the Board of Senior Secondary Studies team and work within a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
The Administrative and Operations Coordinator will be outcomes focussed working with others to deliver high levels of accountability and excellence, as well as contribute to the development, alignment, and delivery of high-quality service design in the context of the goals and expectations of the agency.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Relevant qualifications and/or experience.A working knowledge of the Oracle, APIAS and TM1 systems or a demonstrated willingness and capacity to acquire this knowledge.Note: This is a temporary position available from 9 December 2024 until 6 June 2025 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
