About the role You will support the Product and Marketing team based on-site at Homebush West.
This position is dynamic and fast-paced, involving juggling multiple tasks.
You'll be supporting various areas like catalogues, newspaper ads, online content, promotions, reporting, ordering, meetings and managing product samples.
Responsibilities include; Maintaining the product database, intranet, and online marketplace.
Liaising with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, and compliance reports.
Providing weekly reporting and assist in preparation of product assortment plans / seasonal ranges and forecasting upcoming trends.
Assisting with organising meetings and conferences.
Regular communication to stores in relation to new product launches, promotions, specials.
Supporting all advertising compliance and all evidence to substantiate the accuracy of information.
Communicating with Suppliers and Photographers in relation to ordering of stock, delivery and collection.
Occasional travel may be required from time to time.
About you You will be organised, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills.
You will thrive on learning new concepts and adeptly supporting the team with various tasks, simultaneously.
You will also have: Experience in an administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to solve problems effectively.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
