About Us: Located in vibrant Hawthorn East, General Practice Academy of Australia (GP Academy) is dedicated to training General Practitioners for their final fellowship exams, helping elevate healthcare standards across the country. Who We're Looking For:
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic role? We're seeking someone adaptable, with strong organisational skills, who's ready to bring a positive, collaborative spirit to our team.
Role Highlights:
Administration and Coordination: Support our office by managing course enrolments, handling correspondence, and tackling essential administrative tasks
PA Responsibilities: Assist our director with scheduling, event organisation, and other essential activities to keep things running smoothly
On-the-Go Tasks: A valid driver's license and a car are essential, as you'll occasionally run local errands outside the office (mileage reimbursed)
Schedule:
Days: 3 - 5 days a week (availability Monday, Thursday, and Friday essential)
Location: On-site, Monday through Friday (WFH is not an option)

Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office/iWork, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
A car and valid driver's license for local errands
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
