The Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our team based at Bibra Lakes on a casual basis.
You will undertake a 15-hour week, 2 days a week being Wednesday and Friday.
Data entry and scanning run sheets into the system.
Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web, email.
Manage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures.
Maintain our CRM Database of customer information.
Strong commitment to working in a team to achieve common goals.
About You Previous experience in a customer service or office environment.
Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to communicate with different levels of people, ensuring customer care is paramount.
You prioritise accuracy and are happy with juggling customer service and data entry responsibilities.
Technical-minded about problem-solving, and you take a methodical approach to tasks.
Previous experience using CRM tools e.g.
NAV5, PageUp, Preceda, JDE would be highly regarded.
