Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Coordinate appointments and manage the service schedule.
Handle phone and email communications efficiently and courteously.
Process invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support the team with day-to-day operations and provide exceptional service at all times.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Prior experience in an automotive or service-based industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
