Home Careers Administration and Customer Service Officer Administration and Customer Service Officer This is a full-time, diverse role which includes, but is not limited to, livestock sales processing, accounts receivable and payable, customer service and marketing assistance.
You will be interacting with livestock and property agents, producers and various other players in the livestock and rural property industry every day.
We are seeking a self-driven individual that thrives in a fast-paced work environment and who is passionate about the agricultural industry.
On the job training is provided and you will join a small, focused and dedicated professional team within a high integrity organisation that values its people.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Providing effective and confidential administrative support and customer service to our agents and their clients.
Accounts receivable, accounts payable and debtor management.
Basic graphic design and marketing assistance.
Position Requirements Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Adaptable, efficient and good time management skills.
Strong sense of initiative and problem-solving ability.
Able to quickly learn new programs.
Administration experience preferred.
