An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Administration Assistant is now available at our Nundah QLD office.
Your role will be to assist with Contract Activities (Newborn Hearing Screening and others as assigned) and to perform Administration and Customer Service Tasks as required.
Key AccountabilitiesSuper User in our CRM and Navision systemManage and ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM system and Navision systemProviding a high level of customer service, to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner with accuracyTimely processing of customer ordersOrder and despatch supplies (hands on) as part of the Customer Service TeamCreate and match invoicesInteract and organise freight Australia wide and internationallyLiaise with suppliers overseas and domesticallyMaintain warehouse and inventory stock levelsLight physical labour, packing and unpacking of medical equipmentContract ActivitiesService and maintain hearing screening equipment at Newborn Hearing Screening Programs across Australia and New Zealand and other contracts as they arise.Logistics to get equipment shipped to and from Services and organise services/calibrations/repairs with accredited Service ProvidersManage loan stock under the contractsLiaising by phone and email with Contract staff as requiredMaintain Excel worksheets and online portals as applicable and maintain meticulous Data integrity at all times.Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for contract programsStockkeeping of all program equipment including consumables, accessories and spare partsInvoicing contract entities for equipment/services providedUse Sales Force CRM system efficientlyUse Navision ERP system efficientlyExperience & KnowledgeUse of Navision/Sales Force or other CRM and ERP systems (desirable)Previous Customer Service/Administration experience (essential)Warehouse / Inventory control experience (desirable)Proficient knowledge & skills of Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe etc.Proficient knowledge of Computer software/programsWhat's in it for you:Permanent Full time (Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm)Competitive salary + superSupportive hearing care teamMyRewards program – a program that offers discounts to more than 300 retailers and services across AustraliaOnline Wellbeing center – a platform offering activities, workouts, meditations, nutritional and financial advice – everything you need to live a healthier and happier lifeEmployee Assistance ProgramBirthday and Christmas giftsAdministration and Contract AssistantNundah, QLD, AU, 4012
