A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and sharp attention to detail are key to success in this role.
Diary management, scheduling appointments, travel bookings, and monitoring deadlines for the Partner.Liaison with clients and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of the Partner and team.Preparation of client documents and correspondence, as requested.Client database management.File management, from opening to closing.Preparation of the team's client billing.Support the team in meeting its organisational reporting requirements.Provision of training and support to the team in all digital applications.Any other general administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the firm.About you: You will have a high level of experience providing business, administration, and/or executive support.We are seeking a proven and dedicated individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. As priorities shift and new projects emerge, you must be quick to act while maintaining an exceptional level of attention to detail.You will possess a strong pro-active drive, initiative, and energy to ensure maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility.Mature and professional in approach - calm, considered, and collaborative.Strong customer focus and the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Advanced digital literacy skills to guide others in using relevant digital tools.
