About The Opportunity Programmed Facility Management are currently seeking a casual Claims & Administration Officer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for data entry, processing work orders and providing first class customer service and administration support to the business.

Nature of the position: Casual with capacity to grow fulltime
Location: Fyshwick
Reporting Line: Claims Manager Benefits Long term career potential within an established brand Attractive salary package + benefits program Paid parental leave and great discounts with selected retailers Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate data entry and processing of all work orders Assist with minute taking at meetings Monitor freight manifest receiving and logging Receive and organise mail deliveries Effective management of sub-contractor accounts Assist with maintenance of accounts payable reconciliations and customer invoicing About you To be successful in this role, you will have a 'can do' attitude, excellent attention to detail and a knack for people engagement.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Previous experience in facilities maintenance / technical services industries or similar fields is desirable Knowledge in general book keeping, invoicing and reporting Excellent attention to detail High level organisation and time management skills ­Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication Intermediate MS Office, specifically Excel skills About Us Programmed is a leading provider of operations and maintenance services across all industry sectors including education, health, infrastructure, manufacturing, transport and mining in Australia and New Zealand.
