Position: Part-Time Location: Albert Park Yachting & Angling Club Accountable to: Club Manager Accountable for: Administration, Club Bookings, and Club Support Employment Terms: Part-time employment Award: Level 4 Grade 3 Clerical covered under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award (MA000058) APYAC is seeking a reliable and consistent Administration Officer to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone who is well-presented, eager to learn, and brings a fun, friendly attitude. If you have a passion for customer service, administration, and event coordination, we would love to hear from you! Days & Hours: Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pmFriday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pmKey Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the teamManage customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and ensure smooth daily operationsAssist with multitasking across various administrative and customer service dutiesUse of Xero and Microsoft Office 360Coordinate bookings for club functions and eventsEnsure high levels of member and guest satisfactionThe Ideal Candidate: Reliable and consistent in attendance and performanceProficient in Xero and Microsoft Office 360Well-presented with a professional attitudeEager to learn and grow within the roleFun, friendly, and able to bring positive energy to the workplaceStrong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasksAble to work effectively under pressureUnderstanding of community clubs Broad-based knowledge of the hospitality industryExcellent communication skills, especially in engaging with people
