We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts and Administration professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and scheduling for our Restress Team, as well as providing administration support for Gracemere depot.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record in accounts receivable. They will be comfortable working with numbers, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Reporting to the Project Manager and Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Supervisors and administration staff.
Regular office hours are 7am to 3pm M-F, Gracemere location with an immediate start.
Working in an autonomous role, you will be fully responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions including:
InvoicingQuotingEOM assistanceDatabase maintenanceBackup support for Accounts payable, payroll, and front office positionsScheduling the restress jobs, booking accommodationQualifications & Experience: Accounts Receivable experienceProficient IT skills, including Excel (must) and Xero (desirable)Construction industry experience preferredThe Person: We are currently looking for a positive, proactive, and persistent team player.
