16th September, 2024 A diverse boutique firm located in Sydney's Inner West offers a role combining administration and accounting using Xero/XPM.
The modern office is conveniently close to public transport and various amenities, providing a dynamic work environment.
You will be kept busy in this role, challenged, working in a close-knit team and supporting both the Accountants and Partner.
Admin duties will include: ASIC management for clients using the ASIC Portal Updating/adding new clients into ASIC, ATO and Xero XPM Collating financials and tax returns for presentations Updating lodgement reports and lodgement of tax returns Client Liaison Assisting with social activities and functions Being the righthand person to the Partners and accountants Reception Accounting duties: Client invoicing Individual and small company tax returns Bank reconciliations Accounts up to trial balance BAS Skills and experience required: You will have worked in a boutique accounting firm, in a role that includes admin and accounting, with the above duties, a true all-rounder.
