Administative Assistant / Customer Service

The Jefferson Automotive Group is one of Melbourne's largest privately owned dealership groups.
We have one of the largest automotive Parts and Paint distribution networks in Victoria, and have dealerships selling and servicing Toyota, Ford, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Subaru, Skoda and Mahindra vehicles across the Melbourne metropolitan area. 
We are currently looking to recruit a self-motivated and disciplined Administration Assistant to join our large wholesale parts team.
The role includes but is not limited to: Answering phones. Assisting customers with enquiriesWorking directly with the Phone Room and Sales staff.Managing various reports Solving problems  You must have: A positive attitudeGood phone mannerThe ability to work well independently and with othersHave a friendly and approachable personalityBe reliable, dependable and honest Reasonable computer skillsBe willing to learn new skills inside the business Experience with customer service would be an advantage but not essential.
