We pride ourselves on being a friendly and dynamic team and are now seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join us! About the Role:We're looking for a versatile and proactive Admin
All-Rounder who will handle a variety of responsibilities across different areas of our business. This role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Registrations: Manage and process vehicle registrations, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Liaise with relevant authorities to maintain compliance with registration requirements. Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels. Assist in stocktaking and ensure the database is up to date. Source vehicles and report to the manufacturers in a timely manner. -Accounts:
Handle basic accounts payable and receivable tasks. Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service. Handle general administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, and data entry. What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle registration processes and compliance. Experience in stock control and basic accounting duties. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy environment.
