The Role The Admin Support Worker is responsible for the provision of all administrative support and office management for Redlands (The Centre for Women & Co. Domestic and Family Violence services) offices based out of our Wellington Point site, including administration support to the Director of Specialist Women's Domestic and Family Violence services. Along with providing support to the Centre for Women & Co., Receptionist if required; including phone coverage and voicemail overflow.
Key Responsibilities The Admin Support Worker will have excellent people skills and make clients feel welcome and safe upon arrival at the office. Can think quickly, be proactive and take initiative in their work to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure that all Admin Support Worker responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered in high quality and in a timely manner. Monitoring calendar movements for all team on site, identifying incoming visitors and prepare necessary meeting requirements (i.e., water, clean area/space, agendas or relevant paperwork if needed and asking staff what they may need). Answering phones for other sites and managing referrals received to ensure they are provided to the right team members. Performing other clerical Admin Support Worker duties such as typing documents, filing, photocopying, collating, archiving, supporting the team where possible and running clerical errands. Obtaining quotes and overseeing the maintenance, repairs and product purchases for the office facility and equipment. Handling of mail processing (recording and distribution). Managing and monitoring the asset register and other administration registers. Salary and Benefits SCHADS Level 2.1 ($33.41p/h) | Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week) | $66,018.16 annually Start as soon as possible until 30 June 2030 - with possibility of extension. Salary Packaging up to $15,900 (superannuation can be paid in addition to this, subject to any ATO limit if any).
