Admin Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the senior leadership team, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional administrator looking to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical support as required Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support the leadership team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication Maintain organized records, files, and systems to support senior leadership operations Assist in invoicing and billing Skills and Experience: 2-4 years of experience providing administrative support at a senior level is essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
