THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY As an Administration Support Officer you'll be responsible for assisting with managing and maintaining the organization's information technology systems and administrative processes. Additionally, you will often handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as coordinating office activities, managing records, and providing support to staff members. Key Responsibilities Will Include Assist the Systems Administration Manager in managing the ERP system including development of changes, assisted implementation and adaptation of Branch systems to changes. Undertake troubleshooting activities in relation to the ERP system. Assist with upskilling branch administrative employees in relation to customer service procedures, service etiquette and up-selling techniques. Sales Order Entry, Maintain Company Pricing Structures Create and maintain inventory codes. Assist with reporting on the daily sales function for all companies. Assist with training of key administrative and internal sales employees in relation to product knowledge and company processes necessary for the completion of their work activities. Assist with reporting and completing monthly stock takes for all branches.
