This is an initial 3 month assignment , offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
Located in Ballarat , 3350.
This role is offering 3-4 shifts per week (across 7 days), and a 7 week rotating roster - earliest shift is 6am, latest is 11pm.
Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for the Communications Centre, managing calls and radio communications Log equipment failures and escalate issues as needed Input data into systems and assist with reporting Maintain special event information General adhoc duties as required About you: Significant experience in providing high level administrative support Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Previous experience in State Government is highly regarded but not essential A valid police check or ability to obtain a national police check Must be triple vaccinated or willing to get the 3rd vaccine.
